We are independent of any other person, company or organization. We do not engage in any way in other businesses that compete with our clients’ interests. We put our clients’ interests first and aim to offer custom-made services in every project however large or small. We believe we are accountable firstly to our clients and then to our staff, management, shareholders and other stakeholders including regulatory and other collective public bodies . Last but not least we are “old fashioned” in this : we believe our good name matters above all else.
VALUE FOR MONEY
We like to work for our fees. In fact, we like our clients to acknowledge that they have got more than they expected! The Chairman and the Managing Director take a very hands-on approach to all projects. Whether it be rigorous analysis, exhaustive market research or unearthing of not public information, we will persevere to deliver true value- for- money solutions and services to all our clients including “after sales” support. We insist that staff and management follow a wide ranging program of Continuous Professional Development. Quality standards is not for us an administratively-set requirement but a positive mindset towards a target to continuously try to surpass.
THINK GLOBALLY, ACT LOCALLY
We believe that in any business one should think globally and act locally – particularly in property. We believe it is our duty to know everything that is important in our home market and at the same time to be able to understand it within the context of wider market developments – european or global. We view our relationship with global consultancies also as a way for practical “best practices benchmarking in global know how” and not just as a way of having additional business introduced. We do not hesitate to spend time and money to follow up on global market and to search for and maintain global relationships – we believe it is good investment!
