VALEUR has acted for very different parties in buy/sell and rent/lease transactions. Our work usually entails preparing market research memos, submitting long an short list of options according to pre-agreed parameters, negotiating on behalf of our client, liaising with other professionals and supporting the closing of the best possible deal for our client.
Some of our projects constituted highly complex, difficult and sensitive transactions. We take pride in the knowledge that we have helped close some seemingly impossible deals where there were changing, conflicting interests and relationships amongst a number of individuals on both sides.. Perhaps our most notable success case is the closing of the lease by Singular Logic of a 6.500m2 office building in the ex Athens 2004 Headquarters complex , a transaction in which VALEUR was accepted by both parties as the single intermediating broker.
